These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sena Collection online store, website, content, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Throughout these Terms, “Sena Collection,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the store.

By visiting the website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

Product packaging or details may change without notice, provided the product remains materially consistent with its description.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to certain customers, regions, or jurisdictions where lawful.

3. Prices, taxes, and promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Taxes, delivery charges, duties, and other fees will be shown at checkout when they are collected by us. Additional import charges may be imposed by the destination country.

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and bundles may have separate conditions and expiration dates. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, technical error, or misuse.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. The purchase contract is formed when we accept the order by dispatching it or sending an express acceptance notice.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Please review your order carefully before submitting it and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

5. Payment

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. Payment information is handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices. We may use fraud-prevention tools and request additional verification before accepting or fulfilling an order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, processing, tracking, delivery estimates, customs charges, and related responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. Risk of loss and legal title transfer as required by applicable law.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Accounts

If account functionality is available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close an account that threatens security, violates these Terms, or is used unlawfully.

If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, irrelevant, or inconsistent with these Terms. We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential unless agreed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Sena Collection against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by our own breach or misconduct.

16. Termination

18. Entire agreement and assignment

These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the entire agreement concerning the Services, except for any additional terms expressly agreed in writing. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, subject to applicable law.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business operating Sena Collection, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your habitual residence. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order will apply to that purchase. Changes governing future use will be posted with an updated date, and additional notice will be provided when required.
